The story of Hitoshi Kobe, an unpopular and unskilled high-school student with an uncanny knack for A.I. programming. His latest project ("Thhirty", named for being the 30th program bade) is so far his favorite, and his interpretation of the ideal girlfreind.
One stormy day, Kobe's house is abruptly struck by lighting while Thirty was running, somehow giving her a physical form and allowing her to exit the computer while retaining various A.I. abilities like the ability to communicate with machines and electrons. Thirty becomes Kobe's girlfreind and drastically improves his life, though there are a few bumps along the road. -she has no idea how to cook.-
later in the series, previous A.I. Twenty, and future A.I. Forty come to life via similar methods, creating quite the odd but interesting family together. Age 16+ shenanigans ensue.
Could be a good gift for any anime-loving teenagers or adults you may know.
