This cottage is very private nestled amongst the trees in the beautiful area of Highlands East just 5 minutes from Wilberforce. A 2 hour drive from Durham and 2.5 from Toronto.

Inside you will find an open concept kitchen, dining, living area with large vaulted pine ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for cooking. There is a large deck with a patio set and BBQ. There are two large bathrooms – 4 piece on the main level and 3 piece on lower level. The lower level also offers a rec room (ping pong table) and another sitting area with a tv (dvd player) – a great place for the kids to hang out. There is also two futons and pull out couch offering more sleeping space. The cottage is 1000 square feet on the main level with 800 extra square feet on the lower level. A playpen/playpen mattress is available if needed as well as a highchair and baby gate to block the stairs.

Outside is a large fire pit with plenty of space for all guests to sit around and a grill that can be used for cooking over the fire. Plenty of trees and beautiful nature views surround the cottage. Stairs take you down to the dock, where you can enjoy swimming and beautiful views of Clement Lake. Clement Lake is a clean and quiet lake with crown land across the lake which offers a view of trees only. The lake offers Rainbow Trout and Bass and there is a canoe and paddle boat for guests to use and a large floating dock for swimming. Shallow entry sandy bottom for the kids to play right off the dock.

This cottage is four season – available for rent year round. In floor heating for winter months.

Activities in the area include ATV/Snowmobile trails, fishing, golf, bike riding, horseback riding, hiking, etc. Wilberforce (5 minutes away) offers a Foodland, Gas Station, and LCBO. You can also visit Haliburton (25 minutes) and Bancroft (30 minutes).
