Good condition, fridge works, has a toilet and shower, propane stove and furnace, awning, brakes and tires are good,
Will need a new 12v
Minor leak on rear window (simple caulking), no other leaks
Weather seal could use a cleaning or replaced (waterproof canvas + foam insulation + Velcro)
Ac is kinda weak but it's a 5k btu
Some dings and scratches but that's to be expected for 20 years old.
