FOUND small black dog. Long hair, matted and dirty. Appears to be very old. Has cataracts and acts like he/she can't hear or see me. It was so cold today I had to help him. He was outside trembling and confused. I couldn't keep him and the Cole Camp Shelter only had a place for him outside. We both didn't think he/she would survive the night outside in these temps so I called Stover Shelter and they took him and are keeping him inside and warm.
