This is a 1,000+ sq ft furnished 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Water, trash, sewage included. I am always working and am home to sleep and shower before taking off again for the day. The Roomate would be in the other bedroom that is my current office pictured. I am more than happy to remove the furniture and filing cabinets from that room and leave furniture the roomate can use.

All potential Roommates must conduct an interview in person at Starbucks or over Skype - which is preferred. I accept all genders and ages above 30 years of age. Background inquiry, first month's rent and a deposit of $600 is required to move in.
