This was ordered from picking out the material swatch. Took quite a while to get. This is the chair which is 36”W x 36” Tall x 39” deep from front of seat to back of it. There is also a sofa which opens up to a queen size bed and a curved 2 piece sectional. Was barely used. Selling for my neighbor. His mother was in and out of hospital and rehab so this was barely used. Non smoking home and pet free.
This is a fantastic deal and looks like it was just delivered. This was all over $3500.
