Hi! I have a brand new Land's End Down coat for sale in Women's Size Medium (Lands End call this Medium 10-12 versus VarageSale's 8-10 but they wouldn't let me post without the size or in more than one size to try to fix this). This would be perfect for a holiday for someone you love - or as a gift for yourself.
This coat is extremely well thought out and includes a lot of high end details that many other coats lack. It's approximately ¾ length (mid-thigh to knee, depending on your height). It's an extremely flattering cut and design: they used narrow vertical baffles on the sides for both design interest and to keep it looking sleek and feminine. It has all metal hardware throughout and includes a tie belt - though the coat looks great with or without the belt in use. On a really cold day, it's be nice to be able to cinch the coat up around you to seal out any wind. It also has a warm and cozy, fully insulated removable hood that can be cinched down around your face to seal out wind. In addition, there is a separately removable fur trim (the fur actually blocks a lot of wind on very cold days) so you can switch things up for different looks. When the fur is removed, the zipper is hidden by a built in layer that covers it and when the hood is snapped off, the snap flap fully hides with the collar so you don't see them at all. It truly looks like a different coat with the hood removed (one of the well though out, high end details - you can see this detail in the photos). It has dual pockets outside: large, square with a secure snap flap closure (with matching metal snaps), plus hand warmer pockets (with a small pouch inside designed for holding a "Hot Hands" type 8hr foil heated hand warming packet). There is also a hidden, inside zippered chest pocket, too with earphone cord exit included (so you can listen to your tunes on any earphones you want - rather than having to use wireless). The front double zipper is metal and has both and inside micro-fleece lined storm flap (which feels cozy and soft while keeping the zipper off your skin) and a snap flap over it to completely seal out any wind or drafts coming through the zipper (you can also just quickly do up the snaps of you want to skip the zipper sometime, too). The metal snaps look great and add beautiful interest and detailing to the coat. The material has a very nice hand... it's soft and more substantial than the fabrics on many down coats with just the slightest hint of shimmer and texture to it. The sleeves have a soft fleece lining to block out any cold drafts as well as adjustable cuff closure using two metal snaps. It has a micro-fleece lined collar which keeps you toasty warm so it never feels cold around your neck. In Classic Black this coat will always be in style and will look great for many, many years to come. What's more, it will keep you warm and comfortable in a wide range of temperatures in the harsh Nortnern New England winters.
Backed by Lands End legendary satisfaction guarantee. This is in perfect condition having been tried on but not worn. Originally priced at $209, this was given to me for a gift. However, I need a very specific type of coat as I have to use a wheelchair for mobility so this is your chance to grab a killer deal on a beautiful, super warm, sleek, durable, stylish down coat for the cold VT winter. The temps are already dropping. Don't let this get away. Just $80. (See more photos with lots of details at: https://photos.app.goo.gl/k...
