I am sitting here in my Uhaul upset that I have to sell my chocolate brown Allan Couch from the Brick. I am asking $180. I originally paid $1200 for it. It comes with the pillows however they are quite snagged so you can take them or leave them. It comes from a pet friendly home (cats). I’m selling it because I currently moved into an apartment and it does not fit into my elevator. It is 100” long so it is NOT an apartment friendly couch unless you live on a main floor and can bring it in through a patio door.

I’m selling it for such a low price as it does have snagged fabric from my cat scratching the edges and alongside the bottom of the couch. But the snags can be cut off. The fabric is not ripped in those places. There is only a tiny rip near the left front foot of the couch but its hardly noticeable. I have never spilled anything on this couch and my cats never had any accidents on it either. Thank goodness! This couch is super comfy and I have had a lot of compliments from it. It has a lot of leg and butt space if you like to put your feet up while watching tv. That’s why I bought it in the first place.

I had the couch covered with a blanket most of the time unless the blanket was being washed. It is a bit dusty from sitting in my Uhaul so you may need to give it a good once over with the vacuum.

I can deliver for a fee of $50 pending on what part of the city you live in. I have a Uhaul truck until Sunday night. It would cover the cost of the km’s I put on the Uhaul.
