Pleated skirt purchased at Anthro a few years back. Only wore it once, I’m not sure why because it’s cute. Dear creatures brand, size small. I tried to hold up the skirt to show that there is a shorter layer of fabric underneath and the outer layer is semi-sheer. No rips stains or tears, nonsmoking home.
