Admin will not get involved in buyer/seller disputes. It is up to members to make sure the item is what they want, and work out any issues between them via PM

• All items must have an asking PRICE and an ACCURATE TITLE & DESCRIPTION. Do not post your item in more than ONE category, and please use the camera icon in the comment section to post extra photo angles.

• Posting links to your sales pages are not allowed in your descriptions in ANY category, other than the Small Business Directory (SBD). All items must also be in your possession; if you have them on consignment, or in a store you can not list them for sale here.

• REASONABLE OFFER aka, OR BEST OFFER (OBO)- NO OVER BIDDING or trying to out bid other members. Price your item for what you are wanting to get for it. This site does not allow anything to do with auctions, so please do not treat it like one.

• NO PETS/ANIMALS to be posted or sold on this site, (with the exception of fish included in the sale of their aquarium). It is for "yard sale items" only. Please post lost/found pets here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/133073310202713/

• BUSINESSES: If you own a small home based business, post your card in the business directory. No consultant sales or service solicitations. This includes Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Avon, Tupperware, etc. These type of items must be on hand and belong to you. If it has to be ordered, it's a consultant sale/purchase and not allowed. You may instead choose to list your business in the Small Business Directory. Do not try to 'recruit' members. Please refer to the graphic under Admin Tips for more information.

• SAFETY: all weapons including knives, bows, guns (including airsoft/pellet/BB/paintball etc.) and AMMO of any kind are NOT permitted to be posted or sold on this site. All sales of CAR SEATS and WALKERS are banned. Do Not sell recalled, damaged, or illegal items. Please no smoking or alcohol products, nudity, or foul language. Please reference the Knowledge Base for reference to all prohibited items on Varagesale. http://help.varagesale.com/article/371-what-items-are-not-allowed

• HARASSMENT: None will be tolerated towards any member, nor its Administrators. Permanent removal will be immediate. DO NOT comment or PM unless you intend to purchase.

Administrators of this group are not responsible for ANY product sold on this site. We the admins also reserve the right to remove any member, for any reason we see fit. All buyers/sellers must educate themselves on any product bought or sold.
