Good condition. Not a lot of use prior to 6mos ago when I downsized my house. This was my spare bedroom set. So it only had occasional guests. Then I took it over. It is clean, no stains, no sagging. Has had a mattress topper on it the entire time I’ve had it. You will need to come pick it up I don’t have a truck to haul it with. Frame included in price. $100firm
