Only 4.25" in diameter and take a look at the ?pattern and blue/green color. All that I could find about this inquisitive piece is that it is "fashioned from the favorite pattern of Lord Frances Levenson-Gower, the first Duke of Ellesmere. A patron of the arts and a Knight of the Garter." Now..shew..that's a mouthful! Actually, I would use this as a trinket of sorts..and 12.00 I think a fair enough amount ( if not for the information alone)!
