You may only have ONE post of a particular item. Duplicate posts will be removed so that only one post of that item shows up in the feed.
There is no "order of interest" rule. Sellers can sell to whomever they please. There is no "bidding" as this is not an auction group. Sellers set your price. Buyers can ask to negotiate a lower price. Once the seller agrees to a price that price is set. Sellers can not "go back up on the price".
VarageSale is not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers. We can NOT force a seller to issue a refund UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Because the items on this group are generally "used" ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BUYER BEWARE! Check the items you are buying out thoroughly before you buy it. VarageSale admins can NOT make someone refund your money if you bought a defective item. Please be careful to inspect the items you purchase on this group before you buy them. Because buyers can leave seller feedback, it is in the best interest of the seller to conduct themselves in a fair and trustworthy manner. Buyers are responsible for making sure you have fully inspected your purchase BEFORE handing over any money.
Fighting across different groups will not be tolerated. If there is a problem on another group... leave it there. Personal attacks, slurs or attacks based on national or political affiliation, race, ethnicity, religion, and/or sexual orientation, and profanity will also be reasons for permanent loss of access. Nit-picking, flaming, and SPAM will not be tolerated here. The Golden Rule is... if you don't have anything nice to say... don't say anything at all!!

In addition to that list, the Cooke County Texas VarageSale group will not allow ANIMALS to be bought, sold, given away, requested, or listed in any way on the group. No food items may be listed on the group (the city of Gainesville requires a food handlers permit to sell food items and we will not police that).
