Adjustable strap. 2 zippered change / bills sections, slots for 3 cards, phone/ glasses, front snap pouch, center zips & expands, back pocket zips with a center divider. I’m pretty sure it’s leather. The straps can be worn singular & long or slide to shorten & double. There is also a slide on the side to shorten or lengthen to your liking. No rips. Great condition
