The ceiling fan and the black and white light in one of the photos work the ceiling fan needs to be tightened as it makes noise when it moves and the remote I believe has a loose wire maybe up in the fan I'm not sure. Anyway, I am trading those two for someone to put up my new ones. So it would include taking down both of the old ones and putting up the new ones. One of the photos is a picture of one of the new ceiling fans and I haven't bought the other one yet. Just wanted to go ahead and post this engage any interest.
