This is an absolutely beautiful, antique piece of furniture that has been the centerpiece of my living room for years.
Made in Western Germany—before the fall of the Berlin Wall. I have no idea where it’s been, but it’s certainly been around.
I don’t have a power cord for it; however, I found one once that fit the plugs. It sparked a bit when I plugged in, so I know it still has some life in it. It may just need to be cleaned and rewired, but that’s beyond me.
There are built-in speakers, as you can see in the pictures. There’s also a light fixture on the bar side that has a pull-string—again, you’d have to get power to it.
There is one sliding door, so one side of the cabinet is always showing. If you don’t have a home bar you could display the vinyl player/radio side.
Really you could do a ton of stuff with it. Not only is it beautiful and old; it’s also versatile.
