Getting dressed/skin edition!!

Don’t be afraid to start because of loose skin. You are going to wiggle and jiggle anyways whether it’s the fat or skin!

My skin is something I don’t talk about enough! It is a part of my journey and pretty much unavoidable but it is nothing to be afraid of!!! Loosing 180+ pounds will def give you some extra jiggle!🤪

How do I feel about it!? 95% of the time I forget it’s there! I have gotten very good at tucking myself into my clothes and wearing my favorite high rise jeans! (Thanks @torrid!!!)

3 years ago I got to the point where even my yoga pants I wore everyday were crying out for help. As my favorite pair signaled their end with a split seam, I sat myself down for a chat... I “Knew Better” and was ready to convert it to “Do Better.”

While learning and digging into health and wellness for many years I’d fallen into a trap.... Learning without doing leaves all the powder in the firework. I decided to light my own fire and see what it looks like to live with my core values aligning to daily actions.

I had to remind myself that to be the best Wife, sister, friend, manager or any of the other areas I value then I ABSOLUTELY NEEDED to focus on my health FIRST. If I don’t focus on my health first they aren’t getting the best I can give.

Every workout and choice was suddenly worth more, because it wasn’t just for me.. I need to be around long enough to take care of my husband- live the life we are planning and hopefully a baby in the future!

Somewhere inside me old mental walls are crumbling. I am finally seeing myself in the mirror and my heart is alive with so much passion going forward. I see fires in others sparked from the flames I’m feeding.

Products i use! I started with triplex! Gut was SUPER unhealthy!!

Now- since I’m making more money too- here’s my products i use! Triplex hc, lean for breakfast everyday, balance, metaburn, xfactor plus, megax!

I also now have the energy to go to the gym! I’m there 5-6 days a week! I’m a retail manager so on my feet running all day! I eat very low carb and purposefully make smart decisions! After i miscarried 2 years ago- i REALLY put my booty in gear! My husband has a brain injury- so im our provider and his care giver. Plexus products have also truly given him lots of life back!
