This Medela backpack pump comes with tubing, an electric power cord, a battery powered power cord, an insulated cooler for Medela bottles, 12 Medela bottles, 6 Medela nipples/O-rings, 8 Medela caps and 6 pump adapters. Breast shield and platic membranes will need to be purchased separately. Medela accessories are fully sterilizable. All you would need to do is boil them.
