This item is a large original Vintage Oktoberfest beer stein. It is lidded and measures about 9 1/2" in height from the base to the decorative tip on the lid. It is about 6" across the widest part of the stein from the outer handle across to the other side of the stein. The base is about 4 1/2" across. The lid works well, the colors of the decor are in immaculate condition, especially when u consider the age & origin of this piece. The base is marked with an embossed "Original Oktoberfest Stein" and "Made in Germany". This Stein was purchased in Germany on vacation, brought back to the states, and placed on the mantle displayed at my place for 20+years only being disturbed while dusting a couple times a year. This is mint condition!!!
