The original invoice is included in the pictures (I removed all of my Mom's personal information).
This unit was only used for a couple weeks before my Mom became bedridden and went on a continuous flow oxygen concentrator 24/7.
She also previously used the G3, G4, and another G5 that we replaced with this new one. In comparison to the other two, the G5 worked amazingly well. Inogen devices are very lightweight and portable which allowed her the independence to go shopping, to appointments, and travel. This was important to both of us.
