BodyKore’s Power Logs are the perfect functional training tool. Made out of heavy duty vinyl, the bags are durable and made for indoor/outdoor use. With 4 different grip settings, multiple motions and exercises can be done with the bags. Some of these exercises include: swings, cleans, presses, snatches, burpees, curls, extensions just to name a few.

The Power Logs come in 5 different sizes: 5lb, 10lb, 15lb, 20lb and 25lb bags. They’re made with a heavy duty industrial vinyl with commercial grade nylon webbing straps and double enforced rubber grips. The bags are also double stitched for extra durability.
