I always advise people to get "prematurely pre-approved" so that you know if you're ready to purchase a home. A lender will answer questions like:⁣⁣

* What will my monthly payment be? ⁣⁣
* How much cash do I need for a down payment? ⁣⁣
* How can I improve my credit score?⁣⁣
The lender will ask you to complete an application, providing employment and financial info. After going through this process, you will receive a pre-approval letter. This letter reflects the buyer's ability to afford property and will be submitted along with any offer. ⁣⁣

Buyer Consultation ⁣⁣
The goal of the buyer consultation is to:⁣⁣
