Really nice sofa in good condition (Purchased in 2019). The sleeper sofa is queen sized w/memory foam. No rips or tares; the base of the ottoman & sofa, and right arm rest could use a little cleaning, but the cushions are all clean and machine washable on delicate cycle/air dry.
