This is a 1994 Golden Falcon Park Model trailer. It was purchased for the property it was on so its history and detailed condition are unknown. It is the 35 foot model measuring approximately 38 feet overall. There are two tip outs, a newer furnace and a full sized fridge. Loads of storage. All water taps do work however the toilet runs and there is new plumbing for the addition of an external hot water tank. All interior electrical and appliances are functional minus the factory hot water tank. There were some leaks around the forward tip out and a kitchen skylight that have been extensively repaired.
