In used good condition with the exception of 2 barely noticeable damaged areas not visible from the front. On the back left middle, there are 2 cracks in the back board starting from the edge. The first crack descends on a downward angle from the left edge to the middle about 2 1/2in. (picture #4). the 2nd crack is almost exactly horizontal starting from the middle left edge and almost parallel with the back metal bracket line, and continues 5 1/4in. toward the middle (picture #5). This damage does not effect the signs function in any way and is barely noticeable only from the back and up close.
