Code of Conduct

• Post items in the correct categories.. Ex: Baby clothes belong under "Clothing" not under "Baby Items" If you are unsure on which category your item belongs in, please contact an Admin. We are here to help!

• Admins reserve the right to delete listings if:

  • Posted under the wrong category.
  • Seller doesn't respond to interested Buyer within 1 month.
  • One item has multiple listing to only show additional pics. (See Admin Tips on how to post multiple pictures properly)

• Mark items as Sold or Sale Pending when appropriate. When item is marked as Sold, it will automatically be deleted in 7 days.

• Be courteous! Exchange phone numbers, show up at the agreed upon time. If you happen to be running late, please let the buyer/seller know. If you are a no-show, the buyer has the right to sell the item to someone else.

• IMPORTANT Buyer and seller need to exchange phone numbers! If there is a no show and phone numbers have been exchanged, the no show will be reported and that person will be banned for 1 calendar month.

• Posting "Interested" on an item does not reserve said item for you. BE PROACTIVE!! You want the item? Contact the seller for pick-up or more details.

• Postings with interested buyers where the seller has not responded within 1 month will be marked as Sold by an admin. If still available, the seller can change status to available and respond to interested buyer.

• Items not allowed to be sold on this site:

  • Pets
  • Illegal Items (ex: burned DVDs)
  • Weapons

• Read an item's description prior to asking questions! Your question can most likely be answered by reading the seller's provided description.

• If you have moved, PCSed from the local area, please remove yourself from the group. If you have moved an admin will mark your items as sold and they will be deleted in 7 days.
