In almost perfect condition. One tiny crack in the plastic around the element (shown in 3rd picture) but doesn't effect use at all. All options work perfectly. Has the option to make single cup with grinds or uses keurig pods as well as carafe. We were given a different coffee maker so we thought we'd try that one so that's why we're selling this one. Bought maybe 6 months or so ago.
