Antique Vintage, Authentic Nippon Rising Sun Mark, Hand Painted Rose Pattern Bowl, Made in Japan.
This delicate Bowl features Pink Roses embossed with Gold Ribbon and Gold encircling the Edge of the Bowl.
The Bowl is in very good vintage condition, and I see no chips or cracks. However, there is some wear of the gold around the rim. It measures approximately 5 1/4" across the top and stands 1 1/8" tall. It is marked on the bottom as "Hand Painted NIPPON" with the Authentic (Solid rays extend from the solid body of the sun) Nippon Rising Sun.
It was made and imported between 1891 and 1921. Likely, circa 1911.
