The apartment building is at 111 Baseline Road West, and we are on the 9th floor of a 12 story building. The building has 2 elevators, a communal laundry room (which you won't need because we have in-unit laundry), and even a sauna and a workout area!
Rent includes heat and water, and you are just responsible for hydro (we have never paid more than $50) $1499, + $25 a month for parking and if you want to keep the in-unit laundry then it's $100 a month OR you can use the in-building laundry room on the first floor!
