This is an item my father had and he recently passed. I am unsure of if it works properly or not, but it is quite old so I assume it would be more for display than use. I made an educated guess on pricing this based on what I found on eBay, but most of the ones on eBay were in worse condition and didn't have a table or didn't have a table as nice as this one. I would love advice from someone who knows antiques on if I should up or lower it. Please see comments for pictures of how it moves/folds.
