This is an Italian-made, gorgeous, delicate, porcelain rose arrangement with one full bloom and two buds. It is light yellow/cream colored, hand painted and has a sticker labeling it Napoleon Capodimonte. All the petals and finely detailed leaves appear to be intact and I can find no evidence of repair. It measures 5 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall.
