A quick thanks to everyone that participated in our FreeLoader Feedback Program. More than 175 of you expressed interest in participating and we were able to partner with 15 fantastic local families to evaluate and improve our weekly, organic laundry service. We’re also excited that the majority of participating families chose to continue services with OHANA after the program ended!

One big takeaway was that we need to simplify our pricing structure. So we are- offering an alternative to our standard per lb. model for busy families. Dun, dun, dun… Announcing:

The “Big Kine Plan” Option:
Laundry service for your family is now just $99*/month.

You’ll still enjoy weekly pickup, organic wash/dry, professional folding, and return delivery to your door. *This plan allows for up to 80lbs of laundry processed per month. By chance, if you exceed 80lbs for the month, each additional lb. is assessed at only $1.20.

On another good note, we also gleamed that our families are regaining 35-40 hours per month of “free time” AND reducing utility bills by $35-50 by entrusting their laundry to OHANA.

We’d like to help you get your weekends back too. Families registering at OhanaLaundry.com by Sept 18th will receive an additional 20lb laundry allowance for the month of October.
