Dark wood (no ideal what kind), comfortably seats 6, could squeeze 8-10 people around it.
It's worn - has scratches and dings. But it's solid. Each leg has a wheel on it.
It has a metal cable on the underside - if you have a crank or the right screwdriver you can take the center panels out and shorten the table.
