4 pockets (still mfg and retail pocket tacking in place-remove for pocket access, 2 in the jacket and 2 in the skirt)

no stains, rips or tears and all the buttons are there and all the zippers work.

I measured the skirt to be a 24 inch waist. There is very little "give" in that waist. Measure your waist. I'm deadly serious. 24 inch waist or less.
