The black tie up top and wrap skirt in black and flowers will fit a small up to a size 16 easily. There is no size listed on the garment. It is made of s stretchy material as it was able to clear the hips on my sewing dress form.

The orange shawl /cape/ wrap can be tied around the waist for contrast or used as shoulder cover.

I am guessing this is vintage 90s clothing.
