This has always been a display but there was never popcorn in it, it's relatively clean, likely just needs a small wipe down for dust. But that's about it. Works fine and has the strap still. Got it recently from Disneyland right outside ToonTown by the big stage. Pickup in Temecula in Centaur CT. Cash only pls!
