BUYING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. ADES is pre-selling some items from an Estate Sale.
2. These items are located at a warehouse in West Jefferson City (5505 Business 50 West) and MUST be picked up from that location. No exceptions.
3. Items will be posted until JUNE 6, 2020. Then all Items not sold will go into an On-Site Estate Sale. So don’t hesitate or the item will be gone.
4. Items MUST be Picked Up Between 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. (Other pickup times on Small Items can be arranged if arrangements are made before 4:00 PM. (Large items and Furniture are excluded.).
5. CASH SALES ONLY - Correct change appreciated. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. All Sales Are Final - No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds. Prices are Firm.
6. Items WILL NOT BE RESERVED without a Pickup Date & Time. No Exceptions.
7. All Items are Cross-Posted.

9. If Item is NOT RESERVED it is available for sale - Do Not Ask Me.
