SELLERS;

-Use KEY WORDS, brand name, that would come up in a search,
-If it's not actually FREE, add an accurate price.
-One post per item or lot please! Use Multiple Pictures feature, or camera icon in comments to add more pictures.
-Small businesses are limited to one ad posted in the Small Business Directory. Any small business posts found outside of this category (including direct sales such as Tupperware, Scentsy, etc.) will be removed. Name of business must be in title.
-Be Honest & Respectful! List TRUE condition of item.
-We require FULL DISCLOSURE of any issues, problems or defects.
-Items marked sold self delete in 7 days. Don't delete unless to remove unsold item.

BUYERS:
- Transactions are between buyer and seller only. Admins do not get involved in member transactions and cannot dictate to a member who they should sell to or buy from.
-Meet for pick up in a timely manner or seller has the right to move on.
-Be on time! No-shows are rude & a waste of people's time & gas! Admins reserve the right to revoke violators that are reported. Feel free to BLOCK No-shows from seeing your items anymore, & from contacting you.

NOT ALLOWED:
-No links or ads to any other sites, EXCEPT in the Small Business Directory.
-NO Counterfeit or fake items; drop-side cribs; expired or damaged car seats; recalled items;
items received free from WIC, free samples, etc.; guns, gun parts or ammo; pornography; tobacco/ecigs/tobacco items; liquor, or ANY items that may be illegal to sell. SAFETY FIRST!
-Putting private info on a post for all to see is a bad idea. (phone, address, etc)
-Children under 18 can NOT offer babysitting nor can they respond to ads looking for a sitter.
-BE SAFE! DO NOT put yourself or loved ones in a dangerous situation. Leave immediately if you do not feel safe. Report serious issues to authorities (threats, illegal activity, etc.). Or call 911!
