I ordered these off of the internet cause I was having problems with my feet hurting. They where worn once for maybe three hours. I did not like them. They would be good for somebody that runs and doesn't have wide feet. Paid over 100 dollars for them. Then obsolescence come with them if u want to put them in for extra cushion. Directions and all come with them on how they work.
