This 2 in 1 crib comes with the extra piece to turn it in to a day bed. It's sturdy and in great shape. It does not include a mattress, but does fit any standard size crib mattress. It has a 3 position mattress support that provides excellent support. My niece has out grown it and is just taking up space.
