Every Community has rules. Including ours! Follow the rules. No follow, no stay. We like to keep it simple round these parts...
SELLER RULES:
*You must go in order of comments listed PUBLICLY on the post. Private messages do not constitute a place in line.
*Tagging a person does not hold their place in line. A comment or Im Interested button holds a persons place in line.
*You only need to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for a reply from the prospective buyer. You may wait longer at your discretion, but are
required to give the buyer at least this amount of time to reply and begin the process of determining pick up details.
*You need to delineate in your post any specific requirements you have for the buyer. Time frame of pick up, payment preference, etc.
*Be honest in your description of items being sold and disclose any issues, damage, etc.
* Please do not post items that are prohibited on VarageSale, including but not limited to counterfeit/replica items, regulated items
(weapons, alcohol, tobacco) and gambling-related items. You can see the full list of prohibited items here:

*Please limit your small business and home based business listings to the Small Business Directory. Posts found outside of this category
(including direct sales such as Tupperware, Scentsy, etc.) will be removed.
* Animal ads are not permitted.
* Ingestible's are NOT ALLOWED! This includes Advocare, Plexus, Thrive and any other weight loss drug or supplement.
*Sellers can be issued strikes for dishonest ads or business practices. Anyone with 2 strikes will be removed from this
community.
*** If listing in the NB community, we expect your transactions to take place within the NB community. This means you cannot require a buyer to pick up your item if its located in San Antonio, Seguin, San Marcos. Wimberly, La Vernia, etc. etc. You must bring your item to New Braunfels.***
BUYER RULES:
*Please respond to seller messages as soon as possible. Communication is key to a great experience.
*Show up to to make purchase. If you are a "NO SHOW" Seller has the right to report you to Admin. Buyers who no-show or
ghost a seller will be issued a strike. Any buyer with 2 strikes will be removed from the community.
*Tagging another person in the community does NOT hold their place in line. If you want to hold a place in line for a friend, hit the interested
button yourself and make arrangements. Otherwise, your tagged friend is allowed to be skipped.
Admin will get involved in situations that warrant it. No shows, dishonest business practices, and ghosting either prospective party may be reported to admin if the two parties are unable to resolve the issue on their own. Please be adults in your buying and selling practices and make an effort to handle issues on your own. Admins are like parents whose kids are constantly fighting.... it gets old real fast.
