This armoire is a solid, heavy piece made in India. It stands approximately 7ft tall (83 inches), 48 inches wide, and 31 inches deep. I believe the metal on the doors is copper. The cutout in the back (4th pic) was there when I bought it and appears to be part of the initial design. I think it was for running cords to power in the era of smaller tv's. It is a very commanding piece of furniture, but we've had it for years and decided to move to a more modern style matching the 60s style home we moved into a few years ago. Still love this piece. Buyer can pick up or for the price of a rental trailer, roughly an additional $40-$50, I will deliver. Will bring trailer receipt. Not looking for money on that end.
