Purchased sofa from Haynes in February 2018. Paid $900, selling for $450. I originally wanted to purchase the charcoal color sofa but they only had the beige. It’s been 5 months and I absolutely wish I waited to for the charcoal color to come in stock. Haynes does not do returns or exchanges so now I’m stuck with it. There is a small defect in the cushion (see photo). I’d like to sell this sofa and get the charcoal color instead. Please help me out!
