In addition to the items covered in the article:
Upload your Photos into the Correct Categories/Sub-Categories
Each Photo Must Include:
No Auctioning of Items
The Seller’s Prerogative:
The item for sale belongs to the seller. There is no hard and fast rule as to how the seller decides to conduct business. This detail is left up to the seller’s discretion. Sellers looking for a quick sale, should consider posting "First come, first serve" on their pictures so members understand the need for a fast transaction.
Always do an inspection at the Point of Sale!!
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items at the point of sale. Sellers should not feel insulted by this, and should actually encourage the buyer to do this, so that they know that the buyer is satisfied with their purchase. Failing to do an inspection at the time of transaction makes it very difficult to resolve issues after the fact. Please take the time, to take a look! Buyers are in no way obligated to complete a sale when the item for sale does not meet the expectations from the description that was given by the seller.

Canadian Federal Legal Information:
Selling or Giving Away Second-hand Products
"Selling second-hand products is a convenient way to make a little money from things you no longer need or use. But did you know that you are legally responsible for making sure the products you sell, both new and used, are safe and meet current safety standards? Even if you give away your items for free or lend them to friends and family, you must make sure they are safe. Store owners selling second-hand products have the same responsibility.
By law, you cannot import, sell, distribute, or even lend or give away products that do not meet the requirements of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA), which is administered by Health Canada. If you sell, lend or give away an item that is hazardous, you could be liable in a civil court of law." - Consumer Product Safety
