How does this work?
Post a photo of the item you want to sell along with as much information as possible, such as: dimensions, how old, condition and price. When a member expresses interest such as "I want it" or "interested" you must give them time to respond. Items may be sold to a buyer at the sellers discretion.

• Please understand we are a Pekin Area Group so pick ups, unless otherwise agreed upon (for large at home pick up items only), SHOULD HAPPEN WITHIN A 5-7 MILE RADIUS OF PEKIN

• As per VarageSale rules you must be 18 years old to be a member.

How many items can I have up at a time?
There's no limit, sell as much as you want. All we ask is that you follow these guidelines:

• ONE PHOTO PER ITEM. You may use the comment to provide alternate views of your item.
• ONE ITEM PER PHOTO unless being sold as a "lot" you should only have one item in each photo.
• ONE CATEGORY PER ITEM LISTED, Do not post the same item in multiple categories.
• If you have your item listed on another site, note in the description the item is "CROSS POSTED."

The following it NOT permitted in our community:

• Illegal items
• Stolen items
• Counterfeit items
• Any item which requires an ID to purchase (for example: alcohol and tobacco)
• This rule includes E-cigs and vapes
• Weapons and related items (for example: guns, ammo, tear gas, stun guns, etc.)
• Pet Sales
• Real Estate
• Posts soliciting donations

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Personal information (such as your address and phone number) should NEVER be provided as a post. Always use personal messages to relay sensitive information.
• Do NOT post links to other websites, they will be deleted.
• This is a "buyers beware marketplace," it is your responsibility to check over all the items before paying for them.
• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should items be shipped.
  
• THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION SITE - ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE AN ASKING PRICE
• If you have a problem with a member, please try to work it out among yourselves amicably.
• We as administrators are not responsible for the accuracy of any post or the condition of any items, we are simply here to monitor and assist. We do not profit in any way from this swap site. We do it on a VOLUNTEER BASIS simply to give you an opportunity to clear out some clutter and make some cash. Please be nice to us.
