Sorry no box. I bought it, tossed the box and it got put into A/C'd storage along with many other things I purchased unused.

Quite honestly I didn't remember I owned one, one of the pitfalls of putting things in storage. Going through things now finally and... There it is in the box in the back in the corner in the dark along with other things I've completely forgot I owned and yet bought again... Like I said, it's one of the pitfalls of putting things into storage. It's easier just to buy another than go dig for the one you already bought at times.
