Firewood wood burning bricks

Firewood alternative these wood bricks are made locally in Chemainus BC very popular in this area and now bussiness is sending off to other areas that is new for the north Vancouver Island and now can deliver to Powell River. These wood bricks are made from mostly Douglas fir. There is som Hemlock and Cypress. At only 4% mositure and compressed at over 300 tonnes of pressure it changes the density higher than any wood that grows around here. There is no Chemicals or glue. Only 100% wood and the pressure from being compressed is what holds them together. If your wood stove turns down low to get a piece of firewood to burn slow. Then these you will love mire than any firewood you have burnt. No bugs. And burns cleaner than firewood because only 4% mositure. Each brick is 6"×4"×2-1/2" aprox. 1140 bricks in a skid. 1 skid is 48"×40"×48" this is under 1/2 cord is size but in heat value because its compressed 10 time more than it was as wood chips gives you the heat value of more than 1 cord. But i like to say 1 cord to be safe as you only need 1/2 the amount in yiur stove to be the same as a full wood stove so 3-8 bricks is a full stove. To get long burn times. Once you know 4 isnt to hot try 2 bricks tight together with 2 on top tight in a square. You should get 4 hours of heat with 4. I get 8 hours with 8 bricks 4 with 4 on top thightly together makes them burn longer. Cost to get them over to you in Powell River is $400 plus the ferry for 1 skid i will cover the return ferry cost on my first delivery this price could change cost if i do a second deliver over. As im not sure if my experience card will discount me plus i dont know the ferry cost and if im even paying. On the return back. I need to sell 2 skids. Is like 2 cords of firewood or more. I can deliver to 2 different houses over there then the ferry costs can be shared. If u need dry firewood this is the only safe bet you can get because all the wood in the bush is wet from Heavy rains that happened in June. Call for more info Jay 250-741-7872
