All items must be priced and be photos of the actual item so the buyer can judge condition before asking to buy.
List items fairly, faults or wear and tear should be acknowledged. Un-priced items will be removed.
To secure an item comment first and message second.
Sellers should allocate to first person who comments not first person who messages.
Once you have asked for an item and the seller has agreed to you buying the responsibility is yours to message and arrange collection which should be within a week.
Always treat others as you would wish to be treated.
Keep in contact and don't let people down by not showing up at an agreed time- if there are problems message the other party beforehand.
Initially if you are not happy with a transaction talk to the other person. Things can often be easily resolved.
Admin do need to know when things go wrong so that we can protect members from bad experiences.
We operate a 3 strikes and out rule so pm us and report incidents but also use the trusted buyer and seller list to celebrate the many positive experiences that happen daily.
