I am trying to help my friend find a room to rent. She works and studies. She would prefer female only roommates and affordable rent with utilities included/or at a reasonable rate. Preferably around $500 to $600 a month.

She is looking near downtown & Cathedral area.

She is not looking for any basement suites or bedrooms in basement. Only bedrooms on the main floor or upper floors. Thank you.
