It is illegal to sell coupons but charging for shipping/clipping fees is okay.
Sellers can set their own time limit, but it must be stated in the initial posting. Unless otherwise stated, buyers have 6 hours to respond once seller has acknowledged buyer’s interest. If it is after 10 PM, buyers have until 10 AM the following morning. If buyer passes, the next person in line has 6 hours to respond to seller once tagged.
State sold (sold 1 is the same thing) to hold your place in line and follow with sold 2, 3, etc in chronological order. You are not bound to the purchase, but it holds your place in line and allows you to ask questions. By not stating "sold" you forgo your place in line! Tagging a person with a sold is acceptable. The new 'interested' button also takes place of stating 'sold'.
If a "sold/trade" offers you less then you're asking you don't have to accept their offer but they still get the opportunity to match agreed price before moving on to the next sold/trade.
